Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: March 1st, 2025

Welcome to ANJ Enterprises. By renting a vehicle from us, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

A. GENERAL TERMS

1. These Terms and Conditions govern all vehicle rentals from ANJ Enterprises.
2. By signing the rental agreement, the renter acknowledges and agrees to these Terms and Conditions.

B. BOOKING & PAYMENT

1. A valid credit or debit card is required to secure a booking.
2. A security deposit is required at the time of rental and will be refunded upon return of the vehicle in the same condition.
3. Full payment is due at the time of pickup.

C. PICKUP & DROP-OFF

1. ANJ Enterprises offers hotel pickup and airport transfers for your convenience.
2. The renter must be present at the agreed-upon pickup location at the scheduled time.
3. Vehicles must be returned to the designated drop-off location as agreed upon at the time of booking.
4. Late returns may be subject to additional charges.

D. INSURANCE & LIABILITY

1. Basic insurance is included with each rental. Additional coverage options are available upon request.
2. The renter is responsible for any damage to the vehicle, including but not limited to accidents, theft, or negligence, unless covered under an insurance policy.
3. The renter must report any damage or accidents immediately to ANJ Enterprises.

E. VEHICLE USAGE POLICY

1. The rented vehicle must only be driven by the renter and any additional drivers listed in the rental agreement.
2. The vehicle must not be used for: Off-road driving, Racing or reckless driving, Illegal activities, Transporting more passengers or cargo than allowed.
3. The renter is responsible for any traffic violations or parking tickets incurred during the rental period.

F. FUEL POLICY

1. The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as provided at pickup, unless the renter opts for a prepaid fuel package.
2. A refueling fee will be charged if the vehicle is returned with less fuel than at the time of pickup.

G. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

1. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee.

H. BREAKDOWN & EMERGENCY ASSISTANCE

1. In the event of a breakdown, the renter must contact ANJ Enterprises immediately for assistance.
2. The renter must not attempt any unauthorized repairs.

I. EXTENSIONS & MODIFICATIONS

1. Rental extensions are subject to availability and must be requested in advance.
2. Any modification to the rental agreement (including additional drivers or drop-off locations) may result in additional charges.

J. TERMINATION OF AGREEMENT

1. ANJ Enterprises reserves the right to terminate the rental agreement and repossess the vehicle if: The renter violates any terms of this agreement, the vehicle is found to be used in an unauthorized manner, or the renter fails to make necessary payments.

K. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

1. ANJ Enterprises is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings left in the vehicle. 
2. ANJ Enterprises is not liable for any delays, accidents, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

L. GOVERNING LAW

1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Saint Lucia.
2. Any disputes shall be resolved through mediation or the appropriate legal channels in Saint Lucia.

By signing the rental agreement or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
